Job Description

TRS Cooling Ltd are looking for an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Based in Dry Sandford, Abingdon, we work with commercial, industrial and domestic customers across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

This is a mobile role carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air 32 and HVAC systems. Please note this position is maintenance only and does not involve fault finding or diagnostic work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems
  • Working across commercial, industrial and domestic sites
  • Completing service reports following site visits
  • Providing professional and friendly service to customers
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations

Candidate Requirements

Essential:
  • Experience in a similar HVAC or air conditioning role
  • May suit an improver/junior engineer looking to progress
  • Experience with split systems, VRV’s, VRF’s and AHU’s
  • Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 – essential
  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence – essential
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • IPAF, PASMA and CSCS desirable
Salary & Benefits
  • £32,000 – £38,000 basic salary (40 hours, Monday–Friday)
