When signing into our Customer Portal, you will be met with a dashboard with various tabs available.

With our easy to use customer portal, you can now sign-in online and instantly have a real-time overview of works on your premises, available around the clock for your convenience.

  • All Units are assigned an asset number and QR Tag. All assets are logged to our system which can be viewed via the portal and you can search the portal by asset to see all related works.
  • Reports are available in real-time, from Engineers Jobsheets right through to Refcom/F-Gas tracking, which may be required for an audit.
  • Our portal offers a one-stop home for all Quotations, Reports, Job History, and Invoices available to be viewed and downloaded 24 hours a day, all year round.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) details can be viewed online, whether it be looking back at previous visits, or looking forward to when the next visit will be due and what is to be covered.

Direct from the Dashboard, you will instantly have access to

PPM Schedule – Past and upcoming visits, along with completed reports can all be obtained.

Jobs – View all Completed and Open Jobs.

Quotes – View a full history of quotations raised. Both approved, which have been upgraded to jobs, and new quotes, which can be accepted and a job created, within a few simple clicks.

Invoices – Offering access to an overview of invoices raised, which can be clicked to view the full details.

Customer – Allows customers to access reports from all works across your sites.

Sites – Should you have multiple sites, each one can be view as a separate entity.

Dashboard – including the dashboard as pictured, along with the REFCOM Gas Reports
